Functional Features

1.The furnace has a sealed structure; the furnace mouth brick and furnace door brick are made of lightweight refractory materials, which are high-temperature resistant.
2.Refractory fibers and expanded perlite products are used as the thermal insulation layer between the furnace interior and the furnace shell, so only a small amount of heat is transferred to the outer shell.
3.The furnace adopts a snap-on structure; opening or closing the furnace door only requires one action, which meets the requirement of quick access specified in the standard.
