The HK-12583 Lever-Type Four-Ball Friction and Wear Tester complies with the requirements of test methods such as GB/T 3142, GB/T 12583, SH/T 0845, SH/T 0202, SH/T 0189, SH/T 0204, and SH/T 0762. It adopts the form of sliding friction and is mainly used to evaluate the load-carrying capacity of lubricants under extremely high point contact pressure conditions. It includes three indicators: the maximum non-seizure load (PB), sintering load (PD), and comprehensive wear value (ZMZ). In practical applications, different evaluation indicators can be selected according to the various uses of lubricants. The maximum ambient temperature of the tester's oil cup can reach 250℃, and it supports preset settings such as time, friction force, and temperature. It can also measure the friction coefficient of friction pairs.
