Functional Features

  1. 1.The main body is fully made of stainless steel. The wetted parts and sealing parts are treated with anti-corrosion measures, and the shell is polished to effectively prevent scratches and oil residue.

  2. 2.It adopts 304 stainless steel with top-mounted flange for process connection, bearing a load of 50kg, and can be customized with tooling according to customer requirements.

  3. 3.Food-grade plastic is used, with a no-load weight of 10kg and a full-load weight of 200kg.

  4. 4.The control cabinet integrates the host, display, control, and acquisition functions (control cabinet is optional).

  5. 5.Vertical positioning of the standard device: vertical calibration is performed during installation to ensure verticality after installation.

  6. 6.The independently developed control processor enables accurate liquid level control.
