Overview
The HK-5654 Insulating Oil Dielectric Loss and Resistivity Tester complies with the requirements of the GB/T 5654 test method. It is suitable for measuring the dielectric loss factor, relative permittivity, and DC resistivity of liquid insulating materials. It features an integrated structure, with key components such as a dielectric loss oil cup, temperature controller, temperature sensor, dielectric loss test bridge, AC test power supply, standard capacitor, high resistance meter, and DC high-voltage source integrated inside. The instrument adopts full-digital technology for fully intelligent and automatic measurement. It is equipped with a large color LCD screen and a full Chinese menu, and test results can be automatically stored and printed out.
Functional Features
1.The oil cup adopts a three-electrode structure with an inter-electrode distance of 2mm, which can eliminate the influence of stray capacitance and leakage on dielectric loss test results.
2.The instrument uses medium-frequency induction heating and a PID temperature control algorithm to strictly control the temperature within the preset temperature error range.
3.The internal standard capacitor is an SF6-gas-filled three-electrode capacitor, ensuring the instrument's accuracy is maintained even after long-term use.
4.The AC test power supply adopts an AC-DC-AC conversion method, effectively avoiding the impact of mains voltage and frequency fluctuations on the accuracy of dielectric loss testing.
5.Comprehensive protection functions: when overvoltage, overcurrent, or high-voltage short circuit occurs, the high voltage is quickly cut off and a warning is issued; when the temperature sensor fails or is not connected, a warning message is sent.
6.Convenient test parameter setting: temperature setting range is 0～120℃, AC voltage setting range is 500V～2200V, and DC voltage setting range is 300～500V.
7.Equipped with a large LCD screen with backlight for clear display; it has a user-friendly interface and can automatically store and print test results.
8.Built-in real-time clock; the test date and time can be saved, displayed, and printed together with the test results.
9.Empty electrode cup calibration function; calibration data is automatically saved to facilitate the accurate calculation of relative permittivity and DC resistivity.
